As part of the CyberQuest Project, funded by PEACEPLUS and SEUPB, REIM as the training and delivery partner, were delighted to recognise the achievements of youth workers who completed the ILM Young Leaders Award (Level 2).
Jennifer Hutchison, REIMโs Youth Education Trainer, recently presented certificates to some of the 20 youth workers from The Bytes Project and Springvale Employment & Learning who took part in the programme.
The CyberQuest Project is designed to inspire young people to develop essential digital, cyber and leadership skills for the future world of work.
Within this, the ILM Young Leaders Award focuses on communication, problem solving and collaboration, helping participants uncover their own leadership style, build confidence and develop practical skills to support and motivate others through teamwork challenges, decision-making exercises and real-world scenarios.
This qualification is recognised by employers and education providers across all industries and plays an important role within CyberQuest, building a foundation of leadership, confidence and resilience among both youth workers and the young people they support.
Congratulations to all participants on achieving this milestone.
