Programme Aim:

A practical introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a focus on real-world capabilities of tools like ChatGPT and their responsible application in business settings. Participants will gain insight at the many ways these tools can enhance productivity and efficiency, while also exploring the ethical considerations, risks, and regulatory responsibilities that come with its application.

Programme Objectives:

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

• Apply behavioural science principles to AI adoption strategies, improving user engagement, reducing resistance and designing prompts that align with real-world behaviours and needs.
• Explain key AI concepts including how tools like ChatGPT function, and identify their relevance to common business scenarios and tasks.
• Evaluate opportunities to integrate AI into workplace processes to increase efficiency, cut down repetitive tasks and support better decision-making.
• Design and deploy tailored GPTs and structured prompts that meet specific business use cases and improve outcomes across different roles or departments.
• Adopt AI tools ethically and responsibly, with a clear understanding of compliance requirements such as those in the EU AI Act, ensuring transparency, fairness and accountability.

Programme Structure:

Half Day Virtual Interactive Workshop (3 Hours) Online.

Prerequisites:

Participants should be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Teams and open to experimenting with new tools. No prior AI experience is required.
