Programme Aim:

When you’re writing a book, you might come to this point where exasperation turns to desperation.  Yes, you can invest in dedicated book writing software programs and there is an endless number of them claiming to be the best at one thing or another.  But you don’t have to: What if you could do all your writing requirements (plus lots more) without needing to purchase or learn a whole new word-processing platform?  Sign up for our Microsoft Word Course, especially for writers and authors!

Programme Outcome:

For book manuscripts, Microsoft Word is the primary word processing program that authors should use and master.  It is used at all levels of the publishing world for manuscript creation, editing, proofreading, formatting, and transferring text material.  Many writers take a lot of care in writing and editing, but sometimes forget to invest as much in the overall look. This course will focus on how to create books that look great in a shorter amount of time.  Using the skills learned from this course, you will be ready to create a file suitable to upload to Amazon KDP, Ingram-Spark, or other POD platform, so you can start building your author brand.
