Professional Boundaries Workshop

Maintaining Professional Standards in a Digital World

Technology has changed the way we communicate, connect and share information. For professionals working with children and young people, this can create new challenges around maintaining appropriate boundaries between personal and professional life.

REIM’s Professional Boundaries Workshop helps staff understand how everyday digital behaviours can impact professional relationships, safeguarding responsibilities, privacy and reputation.

Through practical examples and realistic scenarios, participants explore how to communicate appropriately online, manage social media and personal information, and make confident decisions when professional and personal digital worlds overlap.
