Digital Wellbeing Workshop
Digital Wellbeing Workshop
Creating a Healthy Relationship with Technology
Technology is an important part of everyday life, helping us learn, communicate, create and stay connected. However, spending too much time online—or engaging with the wrong content—can sometimes affect our mental health, relationships and overall wellbeing.
Our Digital Wellbeing Workshop helps students develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with technology. Through discussion, self-reflection and real-life scenarios, students explore how their digital habits influence their emotions, confidence, sleep, focus and relationships.
The workshop empowers young people to make positive choices online while recognising that technology should enhance their lives, not control them.
