The PRINCE2 Combined Programme (Foundation and Practitioner) is our best selling PRINCE2 programme package. In just a few days you will be a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner allowing you to run a PRINCE2 project as the Project Manager.

Who should Attend?

The PRINCE2® Combined is aimed at:

• The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is intended for project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: project board members (e.g. senior responsible owners), team managers (e.g. product delivery managers), project assurance (e.g. business change analysts), project support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel), and operational line managers/staff.
• The PRINCE2 Practitioner examination will test whether you can apply and understand the PRINCE2 project management method to a real life project scenario. The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is a prerequisite for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam, which assesses the ability to apply understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method in context.

Assessment:

Our Programme includes:

• The PRINCE2® Foundation Exam is a multiple choice closed-book examination.
  60 minute exam duration.
• The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam is open book.  Exams are two and a half hours (150 minutes).
• Unique PRINCE2 workbook, programme notes and mock exams, to give candidates the best possible chance of passing the certification exam.
• Details of how to complete the PRINCE2® Exams remotely will be advised by the Programme Tutor.
• It is highly recommended that the PRINCE2 Practitioner programme is completed within 3 months of completing the PRINCE2 Foundation programme so that the Foundation programme is fresh in your mind.
