Digital Wellbeing Workshop
Digital Wellbeing Workshop
Building Healthy Digital Habits
Technology plays an important role in children’s lives, from learning and creativity to communication and entertainment. Our Digital Wellbeing Workshop helps primary school pupils understand how to enjoy technology in a healthy, balanced and positive way.
Through interactive activities and discussions, children learn that technology should support their wellbeing, not replace the things that are equally important such as sleep, exercise, hobbies, friendships and family time.
Pupils leave with practical strategies to help them develop healthy digital habits that will benefit them both now and in the future.
