Internet Safety Fundamentals Workshop

Staying Safe Online

The Internet Safety Fundamentals Workshop provides pupils with the essential knowledge and skills they need to navigate the online world safely and confidently. Designed as the foundation of our Digital Compass Programme, this interactive workshop encourages open discussion about the apps, games and websites children use every day.

Through engaging activities and real-life scenarios, pupils learn how to protect themselves online, make safe decisions and understand that the internet can be both an exciting and rewarding place when used responsibly.

What Pupils Will Learn

Personal Information

Strong Passwords

Pupils will learn why strong passwords are important, how to create secure passwords and why they should never share them with others.

Trusted Adults

Children will identify trusted adults they can turn to if they ever feel worried, unsafe or uncomfortable while using the internet.
