QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award (6S3372)

In order to receive Special Purpose Award in Training and Development (6S3372), Participants must successfully complete the two components.  These courses focus on a different element of the Training Cycle.

  1. Training Delivery & Evaluation 6N3326
  2. Training Needs Identification and Design 6N3326

Master the Training Cycle

The training cycle refers to the 4 stages in any successful training endeavour: training needs identification, training design, training delivery, and training evaluation.  Over the course of this award programme, you will cover each of these steps in detail.
